My little fella' loved a good bath and a drink at the same time. he had free roam in the kitchen to try to get his wings good for release, and he would come over to the sink while I was washing something up to have a quick dip.
Awe, he's so cute! Splishin' and a splashin' My Nova starling loves to get wet, fly over to my head and shake...thus drying himself and soaking me. :D Thanks for sharing this vid.
Great Vid!My Starlings are in anything that has fluid in it-water or otherwise so you have to watch your cereal bowl as well as the kitchen sink! One of mine is a stand up bather like this guy,the other runs around the whole inside of the sink like a Three Stooges skit.Anyone who calls these birds dirty has no clue what clean fanatics they are.The only dirty about them is the way they poop, thats because they dont eat seeds, only insects and fruit unlike seed eaters.
He sure seems to be enjoying his bath time, even if it is in another birds water bowl. Mine used to bathe in everything that had water in it, so now I have poultry waterers out for the birds and they can't bathe in those. They have one specific bath bowl and they finally learned that that's the ONLY place they can take a bath other than the tub or sink. LOL
