    all thats is is rotation of the shoulders, hips, and core.

    The racket sling shots into the ball from the kinetic energy started from the body's rotation.

    there is no "strength" that a professional uses to hit a ball, unless a smash or volley. on the topspin forehand it's all being loose

    it's a sweet ass... but yeah, force = mass times acceleration. so physics will reward the stronger and faster athlete
