i know what you mean - my local mental health team only provide short term support now, and lot of agoraphobia sufferers suffer medium to long term problems.....

@MsLovecats1 I agree I wish we could be magic & give the uncaring ones a dose to show them how we feel everyday & most of the time all day. Are we mean for thinking like this? No i feel we just want them to know we are human just like them & that what we feel is real, and to also teach them to be more understanding of others & caring. Stay positive or at least try like i do.
Havent been feeling well.Ive got panic badly in my house. My panic has never been this bad since ive been on meds.Pysch nurse messed my nerves up badly, the two times she pulled off meds for a week ,because i was in too much physical pain in my spine ,and missed an appointment.Shocking incidents make panic worse.Feeling a doomed feeling. claustophia also, and that clashes with agorphobia.Having trouble with sound ,outdoors.I feel so scared, theres no safe place away from panic attacks.

Thanks for the new vid, Yvonne. Looks like the cats want to share the spotlight. ;) No agoraphobic should be without a pet. They really are lifesavers!

@Yovo35 Your welcome.Pets are very comforting. My cat Eric when im depressed ,and dont feel too much like getting out of bed,he notices, and he stands by my bedroom door, meowing until i give in to get up.Sometimes Eric notices i been up too long, and will stand next to my bedroom door, and meow loudly, like he trying to tell me time for bed. Shayla also can tell when i dont feel well, and she will show lots of affection to me,and stay by my side.

I know what your going thru, I have been having panic/anxiety agoraphobia ETC... since september 1989, times i was able to go out & then back to square 1. i not only do my weight watchers on my youtube but i also do panic videos. You may have seen them, your not alone & i agree the medical staff people can be so uncaring about what we go thru. If they had to walk in our shoes then they would understand . Stay strong & thnx for subscribing, I am also subscribing to you as well.
