What's best in this work out is that you can do it in five mins per day. Even for busy people, you can surely find time to do this.

One should always be wary of labeling hyperbole about their exercise, but what do other people think of this being the best? Is it true?

A person who can use "supine" in a sentence may also like to know that her pupil should LIE down, not "lay" down. Chickens lay eggs but they don't lie down to do so. OK? Thanks for a very helpful video. It is easy to follow visually, but now to try it!

Actually, physical stress is part of your respiratory system. Your respiratory system purifies your body better than nearly any practice of drugs, tea, or flush. Unless you're running in the smog of LA and all, you're actually cleansing your body and protecting it better than you would a gym, where machines generate dust and everyone else is exhaling their toxins in an enclosed building, despite some air conditioning

A certain level of pollution is acceptable. In my case, olfaction is sufficient in determining when that level has been exceeded. In such situations I do my best to minimize damage.

Simply accepting all risks and doing nothing to control them is neither strong nor smart. It is, however, the 'only option' for people who can't handle what it takes to live perfectly in terms of health, and it must seem like an ideal solution to those who can't see an inch into the future. It is, after all, easy.

protecting yourself in vein. you may think all your precautions are actually helping, but they're not. do whatever it takes to ease your weak mind, but you can't escape the reality of a polluted environment whatever you try.

Pointless argument. While jogging, you inhale much more air than you normally would, and simultaneously your nose's 'defenses' against smoke are mostly dropped (to allow for even greater intake of oxygen). That's why it's fundamentally not a good idea to work out in areas that are heavily polluted or where people smoke.

When not exercising, I can always hold my breath for a sec and cough most of the toxins out after stepping outside the smoke. It's still bad, but manageable in my area.
