I scaled the cliffs an feared for my life at some point.. Shortly after reaching summit the clouds rolled in. Had to make my way down in low visibility. Took a long time but felt like a real adventure. Gros Morne is Awesome. Thanks for posting.

Not much to see up there, eh? Made it up there once, took two trys. The path they built doesnt take you anywhere. The first time, I tried scaling those cliffs. 89 degrees is as close to vertical as I ever want to try.

Well, the common hike only goes to the bottom. This is up on top, at the back, overlooking Trout River Pond. If you're going to go up top, make sure to bring a compass because as you can see, it's very easy to lose your sense of direction.
