"abusive conduct against an officer in performance of his duty" .... hmmm so "Words & Lack of Respect" are now considered abusive conduct and there should be laws to protect peoples feelings? Rape and murder are ok and police can get away with that but noooo don't hurt the officers feelings, or be disrespectful he may come back tomorrow and write you up. Are we really in pre-school?
