You should use a program that elongates the sound of the water, and then synthesizes the breaks in between the sampled sound to make it sound more natural. In other words, increase the pitch with out tampering with the sound quality! (It's easier to relate what we normally see water do to this clip then). Programs that have this function include GoldWave.
