    What discussion? Miles said it in his book. Al Foster could swing anything. Replaced Tony and Jack and played with Miles through two generations. I love Tony but Jack and Al have taken the torch onto another level.

    He doesn't need to go and lay out 3K on a pretty little vintage Gretsch bebop kit in the hope of sounding authentic, he IS the sound. What's this kit, a generic Yamaha or something? Sounds amazing.
