Nibiru was not discovered by NASA in 1983. They initially announced "a large mystery object" which was reported by Washington Post, but the subsequent explanation was not followed up by the media. Further observations by IRAS showed several objects which turned out to be high intensity IR galaxies many millions of light years away and they were detailed in several scientific journals, such as Aaronson & Olszewski 1984, Nature 309:414. At 1:42 you mention a "mixing up of the languages". I wonder if you refer to writings about farming that were being called Sumerian, but were not. I have read of philologists who contend that the writings are definitely not Sumerian, and origins are still a mystery.
