  • I absolutely love the idea, brother. And I think it's a great way to make the people become more attracted to beautiful speech. However, the reason why I think people are displeased with it is because Sheikh Yaser isn't really singing it but is kind of saying it. The question is...Where does singing (so that the autotune will work well) and powerful meaning meet? Very rarely. That may be a new project in and of itself. But hey, keep it up, I like the ideas. And sorry for these rude people. Salam

  • @Alislamify Thanks for the support. I appreciate it. I agree with you. If there was more "singing" it would have worked better.

  • the way the sound is modded just doesn't work with the meanings of the words of this poem ... nor the mood it should be recepted with ... it took some effort I know ... but I prefer it with his own voice ... maybe making it a little deeper ... but this sounds like an old cassette that you need to get rid of ...

  • @TheNuttyEngineer You can listen to the original under "video responses"

  • why the heck would you autotune this? he probably sounds good without it.

  • @deppsparrow Indeed, he sounds great without the auto-tune. However, this was an experimentation in presentation to see how people will receive it. So far people either really like it or just hate it.

  • What on earth have you done to the natural beauty of Sh. Yasir's voice?

  • @aslan45 I didn't like it either, but I clicked "like" supporting this brother. Ma-sha'Allah

  • Tabarakallah! love it!

  • Tabarakallah! love it.

  • @Alislamify i agre with you. man leechonfilms remove this. this is very disrespectful to the shaykh. stick to editing videos and leave audio editing.

  • @Gr1m3T1me autotuning it implies that people wouldn't care to listen to a normal version because it doesn't sound "nice" enough. I just find it disrespectful.

  • @aslan45 -- Listen the meaning behind it is so important, I actually think it's so cool and the video is quite well put together, comments like this brother will not help the cause and so if you have nothing productive to say do not say it. Who are we to judge what is beautiful and what is not? Do we have degrees in aesthetics? I am an architecture major and I have studied this in depth, I find it beautiful wAllahu ta'ala a'lam. Please don't take this personally.. I think we need to be positive.

  • sfx ruined it

  • sorry, but auto tuning it just ruined it. gots to be just the natural voice. and just aa suggestion, if u can sing an actove higher, pretty much sing from a higher area. would sound better.
