@lengxiong1 sure...gw met with ho chi min in cambodia and arranged for nva troops to meet american troops, and when the body count was high enough, both sides would pull back and US troops were afterwards required to stay back from the border, thus creating the DMZ, or demilitarized zone....the only time on earth an army couldnt fight on the border....this, then, allowed cambodian heroine mules to safely transport junk to eastern nam and stuff dead soldiers bodies. thanks, CIA.......
