The piano was improvised over the drums and bass that I midi recorded first. Which artists would I want to check out for similar jazz to this? Love it but it's all quite new to me with regards to choosing records....

There's bad smooth jazz and good smooth jazz. You know the bad when you hear it, canned sounding backing tracks and non-existent melodies. You guys got some of the good stuff.

Yeah there aren't that many good/advanced jazz piano how-to's or tip vids but Doug covers plenty for there not to be =)

About 2/3 of the way through listening to this, a circuit went off in my brain that said "Warning: sensory overload, input capacity exceeding limit". Seriously Doug, there is just so much great, classic playing here. Really terrific. I am gaining so much from your videos. - Roger
