  • Hi there, Bio Sculpture Gel is the most popular brand. They are removed in a few ways but the best and kindest method for your nails is at a professional salon where they wrap cotton wool pads soaked in acetone nail varnish remover over your nails, then wrap them again in foil. After approx 5 mins, the gel will have lifted and can be easily and gently scraped away eady for a new application. x

  • Hi there, gel nails grow out as your natural nails grow and, depending on the salon, you can either have the gap infilled or have them removed and start again. They are most effectively removed by soaking the nails in acetone nail polish remover, wrapped in foil and placed in heated mitts. This lifts the gel off gently whilst causing little, if no damage to the natural nail. x

  • I like ur bag were did u get it

  • I'm so happy I found this video. I've always wanted gel overlay but I never knew how to ask for it. They would always cut my nails and add fake nails then put the gel finish over it. Thanks so much, this has been a great help.

  • I'm a BioSculpture nail tech and I'd like to add further information. The advantage of the gel nails application is the fact that there is no damage to the natural nail. I'm really happy to provide this service as there are no fumes, no dust and the nails look natural. It's a lovely treatment for nail biters as well as anybody wishing to remove acrylic. Unfortunately, it's not avail everywhere, but look for a qualified tech in your area. There are over 100 colours. Give it a go!

  • hi! thanks for this informative vid on the gel overlays! :) was just wondering how were they removed?
