Thank you also to darrylprojectile for the advice given, unfortunately due to the 10 minute restriction I had to cut quite a lot from the meditation including the relaxation piece.

Well done everyone who has managed to see images...to those who have been unable too my advice is to keep trying as practice does really help.

I was a man watching the sunrise on serengeti with my brother, talking about our wives and children and I was a really happy, gentle, loving man. I could hear zebras braying outside my hut and I had two kids, the girl was older and a boy....and I really loved my wife. I also had pictures in my head of places in Northern Canada and life as an Aboriginal woman coming through so maybe I'll focus on that one next time. I don't know if I just imagined it

mine was a guy..

a duke perhaps,

with a silly pointed shoes and shorts that looks like a clown's

and a silly mustache hahaha..

i was at a market, and i remembered a beautiful girl about 17/16 year old called Philipe

... (i dont know if i just made up a name)

and ... i dont know.. i think she commited suicide because of me.. and my last memory was me hugging her.. o--O (i wish it was longer so that i'd know how i died)

I have no idea, it was like a wee dream but I obviously was fully aware and awake. I started off by walking behind a young boy dressed in dark grey with a old fashioned hat "like on Oliver twist" but the boy I was following seemed to be made of smoke and dark soot, then to

my right was a red brick wall and a man walking beside the young bit dressed also in dark grey with the hat on. a father and his son and I felt like it was a poor side of London and mine workers. then I flicked to standing in
