Also, you can find the "gumball pantyhose" in the women's pantyhose section of Walmart (of course), at the end of the aisle hanging up in the little basket thingamajig. They are 33¢. I thought I'd find them in Dollar General but the associate said they didn't have them.

Since the quarter cup yields a lot of gel and the seeds can be reused. Go to the Natural foods section of Publix, they have flax seeds in bulk (those same containers that store whole coffee beans). Instead of purchasing a huge bag of flax, just go to that section and dispense a little bit of flax seeds in a plastic produce bag and measure it on their scale for 1/4 cup. It'll probably be less than a dollar because a pound of it is about $2.29. I'm about to make this right now.
