@knucklepunt - public protest are great and a definite right and tool of the people.... the only other tool you might want to consider are to peacefully and publicly protest the "private places' of the leaders, high officials, politicians, and bosses of those who refuse to bring complete justice to this killing. Keep protesting those who refuse to hear that the people are fed up and will not be pushed around and violently assaulted anymore. Thank you brave people

I wasn't going to say anything but I can't tolerate this ignorance. The kid was face down on the ground handcuffed.I don't care if he called that officer everything but a child of God, he was physically unable to pose a threat. I grew up in Oakland and there are some pricks in the OPD who go out of their way to antagonize minorities. This same crap happened in Georgia to a man named Kenneth Walker and the redneck prick who killed him got off.I won't be surprised if this cop gets off as well.
