Ask the Chief of Police if it is practical for a citizen witness to request that other officers perform an ARREST (of the shooter) in such cases?

Until a trial is concluded, how do we know the officer's guilt/innocence, and to what degree the JURY finds? Otherwise, he/she could escape by leaving the country right?

By engaging in a conspiracy and NOT performing this arrest of their colleague, they now all must stand federal conspiracy charges.

@knucklepunt - public protest are great and a definite right and tool of the people.... the only other tool you might want to consider are to peacefully and publicly protest the "private places' of the leaders, high officials, politicians, and bosses of those who refuse to bring complete justice to this killing.
