Close-up shot of the D-box platform in my gaming rig with Warpalizer edge blend software and 3 projectors. I held back using a curved screen till now due to the high cost of warping and edge-blending projector images, upwards of US$2500 per projector! Warpalizer is cheap, 450 Euros for 3 projectors and if you quote discount code 002, you get a huge discount. It's the only reason why I built my curved screen, without which projecting properly onto the curve screen would be impossible. For D-Box information, check www.d-box.com. For a multi-projector edgeblend solution that is cheap, contact lighthouse.spore@gamewarping.com for a free-trial or visit http://www.gamewarping.com (discount code 002).

  • You say the proejctors are expensive at $2500 USD per PJ, but you do realize the D-box is $15000? Makes me wonder if you got it for significantly cheaper? If so, I'm interested...

  • @elmalloc D-Box is indeed expensive. You can try your luck with people clearing out their stuff with a great discount but they are indeed very hard to find!

  • Is this the pro 500?

  • @lendl08 Hi, it's actually not a Pro 500 but the actuator components are similar. Mine was bought with a custom-made frame/platform so that I can place my own racing seat on top. I used to move it to my Home Theatre and I put a La-Z-y Boy recliner on it to watch movies with motion. It's a 3-axis 3-actuator setup for maximum fun :)

  • Dunno about the power consumption...it wasnt too difficult to set up :) resolution is 3072 x 768. It can also run 3840 x 1024.

  • My 3 Epson tw600 projectors cost me about us$615 each used. Warpalizer cost 300 euros with discount code "002" or 400-450 euros retail. I also used Matrox triple head2go at us$380 to split my video signal to the 3 projectors. Everything runs off a single pc with a Ati5850 graphic card.
