This is more for what goes on with your head and hands in a no-hand mill (nOt so much your legs, except for getting your hip high up is a good habit). if you can get good consistent and smooth roll overs then this will help your no hand mills. be able to do 4 to 5 with continuous with consistency. DO NOT LET YOUR HIP TOUCH THE GROUND!!
