Are you eating enough minerals though? (sea salt, sea weed, etc.) Sometimes if I drink a lot of water I feel light headed but then when I incorporate the minerals I feel full of energy!

This is really helpful. My fiance has breakouts and she hates it. She is determined to keep using stuff like Pro Activ and crap like that. I can't convince her to drink water at all. She never drinks water and basically refuses to. Not sure how I can convince her, I even told her about how water can help and sent her to websites and stuff.

I believe you said tablespoon. Please correct that with teaspoon. very important bcuz tbsn vs. tsp is night and day. TSP= teaspoon ( Do not measure out table spoon of salt = poss. death)
