he's got a pretty cool voice, but i agree maybe he can't hear himself. I know whenever my band and I are jamming If I can't hear myself I'll fuck up a bit, but that's nothing that can't be improved over time.

the singer can't hear himself, i was the bassist/backing vocals i couldn't hear myself and i was even closer to the moniter amp

Your singer should sing within his limits, not that he can sing any song, but he should sing it in a lower octave.
