This is pointless! Basically only good players can play good balls, so there's no point playing as teams in like league two because they won't be able to play a decent ball -.- just because they play in lower leather doesn't mean that they dong have some same attributes as world class players!

I think the point is that fabregas has an instinctual knowledge of what is going on behind him, the vision refers more to his knowledge of what his team mates are doing. Park sees the ball to play, but only after he has a bit of a look.
