training zercher lift off the floor with custom made 60lb.power bar,which is very stiff,and a bit thicker [diameter] than a standard barbell,but besides that it's specs are the same such as all length measurements [collar to collars,sleevs and total length].
at the end hes prolly ok.. im never doing this again

Definitely a bank injury waiting to happen. There are many other better exercises to choose from, and besides Zerchers should be done in a power rack not off the floor.

That's impressive, yet does not seem too safe by the look of the angle of your back but more importantly how fast you have to drop it. I do ATG squats that are inches from the floor, but even I have never seen anything of this nature.
