training zercher lift off the floor with custom made 60lb.power bar,which is very stiff,and a bit thicker [diameter] than a standard barbell,but besides that it's specs are the same such as all length measurements [collar to collars,sleevs and total length].

  • at the end hes prolly ok.. im never doing this again

  • Definitely a bank injury waiting to happen. There are many other better exercises to choose from, and besides Zerchers should be done in a power rack not off the floor.

  • That's impressive, yet does not seem too safe by the look of the angle of your back but more importantly how fast you have to drop it. I do ATG squats that are inches from the floor, but even I have never seen anything of this nature.
