I tend to go with agent Larry Carr's theory that he was going to jump very early in the flight (requested aft door down b4 take off) took him longer to get the door open and leap out much further down the flight than he wanted! an experienced jumper would have noticed the large X on the reserve and would have left that one and not destroyed the good one! when I was younger I hoped he made it but after really looking into this, I have to say no he is still out there waiting to be found.
