for changing the size of layers:
Free Transform: Ctrl+T
Free Transform with duplicate Ctrl+Alt+T
for changing the colors:
Hue/Saturation Ctrl+U
click+clicking on each layer for mask it.
Select all:Ctrl+ A
copy:Ctrl+C
paste: Ctrl+V
cut:ctrl+X
delete:delete

I just downloaded photoshop, im already a bit a photoshop Noob but you go really tooo fast for me, I can follow all where you click. I like the way you show all fast without losing time with speaking 7:00 minutes on a tutorial of 7:10 minutes like on the most tutorials but this is really too fast for me. O_O
