  • I am curious. If you renounce U.S. citizenship is he/she still entitled any pensions, benefits from the U.S.?

  • @pettyofficer30 No you aren't. Plus from what I understand, you have to give the USA 50% of all your assets.

  • Chiang Mai sounds good enough to me!

  • @keenok100

$175 no kitchen, but WITH AIR CON,flashy washroom, smallbalcony and furnished. Other buildings in that area have smaller units with cable for 4500bt, about 150$ a month! U want to live EXACTLY like in the west on 500$ a month? aint gonna happen. on 500, ur gonna have to make compromises, but these compromises arent that painful~!

  • You can rent a BRAND NEW aprtmetn, 41 sqm, NEW FLASHY FLEVATOR, WASHROOM,no kitchen air con. 175$ BEHIND SECON SQUARE SHOPPING MALL!

100$ a month 32 sqm studio BRAND NEW with air con! It aint no dump. U CAN rent a Thai DUMP for less than 50$ a month. For ppl who have NEVER lived in Thailand don t know the real score.

Ive lived in East-SEA for 12 years! I personally have always lived on 1800-4000$ a month, but U CAN live reasonably well in THAILAND on 500ish a month.BEST value nation!

  • @expara1 Thanks. You just need the minimum amount of funds in your account (bank will verify this with a letter) and a valid visa and some forms filled out. There is a video here on YouTube I made that has a link to the extended version on my website. Check it out and if you have more questions just ask.
