The AUTOCUT 25-2 trimmer head is not really that hard to wind up new line. It took me a little bit to figure it out the first time & when I started to rewinding it more, I can have my FS-90R ready to rock & roll in no time.

I have to agree with the comments about the instruction sheet that came with my Stihl trimmer. Actually, that's a poor phrase because there aren't any instructions -- just completely confusing diagrams. I was so frustrated I about threw the whole rig into the pond. So adding a few words might be a good start. It's a good product and deserves better. Thanks.

Now that i've done it It's not that bad, but for a first timer it was really difficult to figure out. Plus I don't know if it's the orange trimming plastic or the way they wound it but it jammed up inside the spool dozens of times on my first use. I almost wanted to return the head. Turned out it was either just the trimmer line or the way they wrapped it. I got the grey line and wrapped it carefully and never had the problem again. The grey stuff .095 is excellent w/ stihl
