If Genesis 1 and 2 are wrong, at what point does some need to start believing the Bible or taking it literally? After the Flood? Where? At what point?

If I said I did something at the beginning of the year, that can refer to anytime in January really. But if I did something last week (september), I didnt do it at the start of the year, right? Im gonna stick with what Jesus believed.
