well, you need certain assets to go against certain targets. plus there are probably some beneficiaries from such training programs, ie building contractors, health practitioners, etc etc. of course, who knows if one outweighs another, but that's not the point.

Your just upset cause you couldn't join the military. Someone said you was either to fat, to stupid, or just plain annoying and you lost. Take it from me man. Life is more harder then what you say. When you've traveled the world and saw what is really happening then talk to me. That or atleast try to get off your couch and be a better person and do something about a problem. Instead of complain and crying.
