As in the video I am on Day 21 and using still adjusting and anaylizing my use with Zyban (Wellbutrin), and nictonine supplents.
FACING UP TO BBQ'S AND BEING AROUND, SECON HAND SMOKE. I WAS ACTUALLY SUPRISED, AND THOUGHT being around SMOKER'S, would be very hard, BUT IT WAS NOT, and SOMETHING I WAS NOT EXPECTING. Food tastes better and I noticed I have a lot more time now, than I did when smoking. I NEVER REALIZED HOW MUCH TIME SMOKING TAKES OUT OF EACH DAY! - That habitual reaching for a cigarette, driving and even thinking about smoking IS DIMINISHING RAPIDLY. I did not think that coming up on 3 weeks, that I would feel this good, along with many of the habitual triggers getting less and less. Places that smokers have been smoking, smells like a old stail wet ash tray...and does not smell good at all. TO ALL: NO ONE IS WEAK FOR USING STOP SMOKING AIDS! DO NOT FEEL QUILTY IF YOU FAILED COLD TURKEY. Anti-smoking products are NOT a cructh, but a blessing and a HUGE advantage for you.
CAUTION in video: Regarding generic nicotine patches coming off, and were not fully adhiesive when I went to replace them. If your are or going to use the Nicotine Patch, USE: NICODERM, it will make all the difference in the world.
Plus I have backed down to only 1 zyban (wellbutrin) a day, because it creating to much anxiety. TODAY ( DAY 21 ) I DECIDED TO STOP THE ZYBAN (WELLBUTRIN) AND SEE HOW I FEEL.

i do think stop smoking aids are bad. At least those that contain nicotine.

Would you prescribe morphine to a herion addict? No that is idiocy but they do it anyway with subaxone and methadone.

I don't recommend this to anyone but my latest quitting attempt was accomplished by massive amounts of caffiene. I filled the whole coffee filter with grounds and I didn't feign once during the first 3 days.

Smoking is bad to your health. With every puff you take, you fill your system with thousands of toxic chemicals. It is no wonder men and women wish to quit smoking, but it's extremely hard. I came across an effective method to quit smoking, youtube wont let me post it here so I put the link in my profile.

Dude , just a word of caution about using Zyban, Wellbutrin , I was on wellbutrin 300 mg's a few years back for depression, it caused me a nice Grand Mal Seizure that almost cost me my life as it struck while I was driving, still not sure how I managed to stop the car on the edge of the road but I did.

I wish you the best of luck , but do be careful using those meds , they can be worse than the nicotine . : )

hi there just bin watching your video's and i think that you are verry imprising and trying to quite smoking finding it verry hard bin doing alot of walking and fitness to try and take my mind off smoking but stil i give in , i have cut down thou from 20 to 10 cigs a day ive got to the point now where its realy getting to me whitch is making me more determined to quit ! i will be trying the patches and hopefully be a sucsess like yourself . thank you for putting your vids on youtube pal
