    Yes we can have a relative low tax rate (corporate too...and brought in by center-lefts originally) and the OTHER difference is we dont have fringe groups citing the lower tax revenues as an excuse to kill social programs. We have...lower taxes, liberal social programs and policies, and at least on this front....minimum vitriol (novel idea, eh?).
