  • Someone tried to post a link on the screening but it wasn't working. I just googled it to find this. Are those the two options? DVD and the screening? I actually think I'll go to the screening. On the symphony space website now. Thanks!

  • @kgesq4 Feel free to pass the proper link on to various lists/friends you think would be interested. We have a Facebook page (kindergartenmovie) that has info on all of our upcoming events.

  • This is awesome--I can't wait to see it. Hilarious. About to go through this myself.

  • @kgesq4 Did you order a DVD or are you going to the Symphony Space screening?

  • The funny thing is that your grades don't really mean squat until 9th grade and up. (Unless you want to go to a specialized HS like Stuyvesant). I went to a normal NYC public Elementary School, a normal suburban High School, did my work, went to a great college, and have a great job, and great life.

There was none of this crap in the 70's, and the friends I've kept in touch with from elementary school are doing just fine. The parents are the ones with the issues. Let kids be kids. Wackos.

  • @arrozcontony She's an actress. Glad you find her performance so convincing. These days the process itself does drive one a bit mad. But I do wonder if your parents ensured you lived in a good school zone to get you into that 'normal' school. Because a lot of schools are sub-par.

  • @Sirmausalot Saw it today. Thought it was great. I wanted to cry at the end! LOL (I didn't). Very helpful re: both the process and the different avenues to take. I would highly recommend. If there are more screenings in the future I would encourage people with about-to-be-school-aged kids to attend.
