Set in front of the screen, at about one meter of distance. Open, slightly, your legs. Take a deep breath, and focus on the image that will appear on the screen. In order: circle, pole and triangle. You will note that your body will move forwards or backwards according to the image you visualize. At the end of the video, try again and write the results on a paper sheet for each of the images, circle, pole and triangle. Than post me your results and i'll give you the answer. If you'll have no reactions (it depends on your sensitivity) try again without sound. It is used, also, to relax and to Self-Hypnosis.
