Ghulam Noorani Khan and Mohibullah khan physically demonstrating Spinal cord pain and displacement exercises, back pain, thighs muscles stretch. These exercises do not need any warm up; u can do them in bed or sitting in chair. Language might be a barrier, just follow the exercises for 15 to 20 seconds tops, and Inshallah within a week u will find difference in your physical health.Feasible for people of every age.
