MuscleMagFitness.com Trainer Jeff Behar Demonstrates how to Properly Perform a T-Bar Row. The T-Bar row is an old school compound movement exercise that has been around for a very long time. The T-Bar row works primarily the muscles of the middle back (Rhomboids, Trapazius, Teres Major). Other Muscles Worked: Biceps Brachii, Shoulders, Rear Deltoid, Infraspinatus, Erector Spinae, and Latissimus Dorsi (Lats)

  • Yes, put one end of a bar in a corner so it does it does shift. You can grab the bar, or use a triangle attachment (from pulldowns) for your hands but be careful if you use the triangle attachment so it does not move.
