If the Australian government is so remiss as to allow street trading, such as car window washing to continue unregulated & therefore untaxed, it is hardly the fault of the vendors, now is it? What are they to do, queue up outside their local tax office & BEG them to take a percentage? The bureaucracy just couldn't cope & the vendors wouldn't be earning while they tried to sort out the mess. It makes NO sense at all!
