what does more damage a charge GS or triple pound or superpound for hammer, if u know the order that would be good also

Too many factors, like the type of monster, where it is on the monster, the raw damage, the elemental damage, the sharpness of the weapon, etc.  It'd be best you download a weapon calculator and see. Just google for a monster hunter weapon calculator.

Beating the "Monster Hunter" quest which is the last thing in single player mode from the Felyne elder. You have to beat Rathalos, Tigrex, Naruga and Rajang in 40 minutes in the arena. All enemies seem to be equivalent to G Rank.
