This story has it all: ghosts, incest, spousal abuse, necrophilia, alcoholism, revenge. :)

@BrunnettCountryChq23 the book scene is probably the cutest thing bronte could afford to write haha

Not even a garden Mr. Heathcliff ? Oh you bastard.
-
Black Puddin' black today mother. Even the white bits are black.

The young catherine is a bit of a weird character. Wishy washy and mean, horridly mean. 'You must listen to me....' No. It bothers me you sound French! I'll keep going - only two parts left. But what a shame for RF to be sunk in this terrible adaptation. I know it has its fans but classic theater comes with some obligations here unmet.

Hareton is the most positive character here; he is strong, gentle, modest etc. Even though he knows what heathcliff’d done to his family he loves and respects him. I like him very mach. :)))

i love the 2009 version but catherine the second is so much better in this version omg she is divine im dyin

Hereton is so attractive. I love the scene where hes feedin the lamb, he looks so kind.

heathcliff was forced to be like tat. for me, if he was not despised by his love, he wont be so revengeful and heartless.

hareton's too cavemanish for my liking. im all for heathcliff <3
Hareton turned out well considering the abusive example his uncle is setting.
Plus he's a hottie with a body ( ;
