  • hi.. what can i put instead of bean cake?? that is not available in the local market in India. and can i use pork which is cubed instead of putting big chunks?

  • Yung tausi or beans cake is more than enough to get it salty, so wag nyo nang lagyan ng asin kasi baka umalat. bear in mind may toyo pang kasama. cooking time can be cut to 30 minutes pag gumamit kayo ng pressure cooker. I prefer to use ground pepper para hindi makain yung peppercorn (buo).

  • di ko pa ata to natitikman sir, minsan nga subukan ko itong iluto.

  • those miscellaneous ingredients can be mixed directly into the pot and put the pata last, than mixing those still in a bowl and then transferring it later to the pot.

  • wow sarraappppp!.... slurrrrrrrrrrrpp!! lol!

:) nothing brings the filipino family closer together that Faith and Food! ^_^
