Time lapse video showing the dismantling of roof trusses of Stove House 5, part of the Lion Salt Works, Cheshire's last open pan salt works. This is a series of videos recording progress of 'Enabling Works' to restore and preserve this important Scheduled Monument as an industrial museum. The works are managed by Cheshire West and Chester Council and supported by the Heritage Lottery Fund. The works are recorded in a daily blog diary at www.lionsaltworks.blogspot.com by Andrew Fielding. The work has been supervised by David Marsh, Site Manager for William Anelay Ltd specialists in historic building restoration.
