i've watched like...20 of your videos, and everything is awesome, ingredients, technique, methods, etc.
but dude...why don't you chill the glass?
-
@criskity not all the time no the martini glas is usualy chilled after the alcahol has been stired / shaken (not usualy shaken for martinies as the ice breaks) may not be chilled due to it having a mixer im not sure but i dont genraly use mixers in martinies unless somone asks me to use a mixer as the patron is allways right so what they like is what they pay for

1:09, WTF is that? LOL :D

beautiful drink he made, would love to try that! but why are they shaking it sooo long? they're just diluding the liquors. In my opinion, if you just have to mix pure booz, stirring well is enough. and I don't get why the girl is there. If I'd wanna watch it twice I'd just rewind the video, no need to have someone standing there and saying "yeah, right, of course", though she looks as tasty as the drink ;)

Shouldn't those glasses be chilled?

Great drink - but it should be noted that for the purposes of the podcast the cocktail was shaken FAR too long. You shouldn't need to shake for more than about ten seconds tops. That's about as long as it takes for the shaker to 'frost'. Once the drink reaches the temperature of ice it's not going to get any colder, just more dilute.
