in anticipation of my new wheels that are being custom made for this car, i wanted to change the color of the brake calipers. I love the color and I figured since they didnt have a blue ISF on the lot when i got this one, that this would fill the "void" just fine for me :D The new wheels, as stated in the video will be 20" Black on black 3 piece wheels with an offset. They should be ready next week.

In the meantime, while i wait for my wheels to be finished, i called up Roy Devore, the man responsible for painting my Tahoe and Chickens Hoopty Caddy (search candy blue Escalade in my vids). He didnt even hesitate and came right over. After looking at them closely, it was determined that we could paint them completely without taking them off. I honestly didnt want to mess with pulling them off the car anyway since it would be a pain in the ass. As you can see, it turned out great! Having my own lift really helped and Roy was able to hit the brakes inside and out with no problem. We had some custom logo's made for them and they turned out perfect.

Special thanks to Roy for doing a spectacular job, as usual!

  • hate to say this meade, but i do remember when you got your wilwoods you said painting stock brakes if for noobs.... but mabes you painted these casue their already high performance brakes? idk man, not hatin, i love your shit!!

  • @guitar911rock yes, painting your stock, basic, rusty plain old OEM brakes is for noobs who are basicly being posers. If your car came with Brembo's then its ok.
