Not bad....I agree with anytingbu I would try not to twist your neck on the way down! Besides that, you could use more hip drive, plus pull your shoulders back more at the start of the lift ("Bend the Bar" if you will). They are really rounding forward, making the weight shift over the balls of your feet, thus making it hard for you to lock it out. I realize this video is 10 months old, and hopefully you have already addressed some of these issues. Keep at it.
