On Jan.18, 2005 Henry Kissinger spoke on PBS about the need for a "New International Order".

Will you guys stop, Kissenger is a legend and a FOREIGN POLICY expert. He doesn't mean an economic world order, he means that the U.N. sucks and that, in order to prevent further conflict, we need to have a LOW-COST organization where the amount of money you give doesn't decide your power within the organization. Kissenger has always been against the U.S. screwing up countries. He was also the guy that created relations between the U.S. and China. Please, understand the man before criticizing.
