it might be from germany, cuz another utube user has posted the same video with introducing, and the one, who introduced them spoke in german language...
but it could be alsom from any country having german language as official language...

one thing: this is not from 1980 but around 1982, here are the reasons:
in 1981 Dave Vanian had still clasic hairstyle from 1976 - 1981, but here he has another
second: roman jugg appears in the video as guest member, but he joined the band as guest in 1982...

Thats fair comment and good research though I've only gone by the info that I've been previously given.....I'm not even sure if its from germany!!!
