@QsoftStudios stupid. he's putting solder on all pins to make sure every dry joint gets connection to the island, then with some flux applied all comes perfect.

It's obvious you don't know how to solder.....
See that box of gooey yellowish crap in the little box he brings up?
That's soldering flux.... and it keeps the solder from spreading to all the pins....
