By the sounds of it its the afghans torturing the detainee's after Canadian soldiers hand them off to the afghan police force. We can not stop what these people do to each other, this is more reason to pull out as nothing is working over there. You can lead a horse to water but you can't make em drink

When you train thousands of soldiers to kill and there is nobody to kill, what do you expect?
Torture becomes a outlet of creativity to satisfy their trained urges.
