@pwgroh Is it really, wouldn't the celtic/germanic cultures-evolved of course-be better, I don't buy that rome was destroyed by christianity perse or that it would be a good thing for it to continue, I think that had the conception not happened the the quickening toward the end of rome would have happened faster and the emergent european north would have taken over the same way china and india took over from egypt and messypotamia.
