you need to use suicide grip mainly because it rolls back and the wrist wont be destroyed as easily but beginners dont even know how to lock the bar on their palms always trying to ice skate uphill

Even if it didn't fall it shouldn't count as a rep. He has a bench press shirt on, has spotters helping him stabilize it, and most of these guys get help at the end.
