To be quite honest : I do not know ! I do not remember seeing professional cameras and cameramen during the performance. This was the last performance of a tour in Europe.. maybe it was filmed somewhere else? I am also looking for the video recording so if I find out something, I will let you know.

Thanks for your comment. Ill be uploading more audio clips from this stunning performance (the entire cast, not only the two stars: Cencic and Jaroussky) . As for this, you are right, athough I do not pretend to be a Haendel expert, it does not really sound like Haendel. But the ending (senseless as in many operas) is a happy ending and one can hear that!

I understand that Marlene Dietrich also used to tape her applause. at least two minutes of clapping could have been cut and still I would have appreciated this was a great performance, phillistine that I must be! And that was all there is to the "Surprise?
