Thomas DiLorenzo - Our State's Rights Heritage

DiLorenzo is absolutely right. Lincoln's war against a state's right to secede from the union (a right not previously in question) greatly centralized federal powers and, in essence, repudiated the liberty-loving principle of state sovereignty established by the Constitution. It was the first major step leading to the enormous overreaching we are suffering today.

This fucking DeLorenzo is a lunatic.

Each fucking case where DeLorenzo he qoutes Lincoln,  he edits and twists the words -- leaving out entirely Lincoln's meaning.




For example, Lincoln would quote some guy to disagree with them -- but Lorenzo would act like Lincoln said that.

Most common - Lorenzo just left off most of the quote --distorting Lincoln that way.

So you dumb fucks are being lied to an conned by a punk as liar who is afraid to quote Lincoln honestly.

South was against states rights.




In fact, the South went bat -shit crazy that any Northern state dared have their own laws about accused run away slaves. South Caroline was especially wacked out that ANY northern state would dare to have their own laws about things within their own borders.

And according to the South, no state could STOP slavery with in their own borders-- Dred Scott.

So it wasnt states rights - that was bullshit. It was all about slave profit, slave power.
